  • Can I come and see the product before buying?

    Unfortunately, our business is completely online and we do not display our products in any showrooms or at our office address. However, we can provide you with additional details, photographs, etc to help you make a fully informed purchase.

  • What are your payment methods?

    We use a very reliable payment gateway by Razorpay, where you can make your payments using credit/debit cards and netbanking.

  • What is the refund policy?

    We assure you of the quality of our products. We will do our best to make things upto your satisfaction. While we do not have a refund policy, we do have a replacement policy for the items that have been damaged during shipping, have been misrepresented on our website description or although very unlikely, the order has been mixed up. Any damage or misrepresentation must be brought to our notice within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. The item to be returned and replaced will have to be shipped back to our warehouse in Chandigarh. Once the item is received, we will initiate a replacement.

  • How do you know if a piece is authentic?

    We extensively examine the authenticity of every piece before listing it. Whenever required we consult experts to verify whether a piece is bona fide.An authentic item is accompanied by an authenticity certificate by the artist/company.

  • How can we buy a piece similar to one on your website?

    You are most welcome to contact us via email.

  • Can I order/enquire about items other than the ones mentioned on the website?

    Yes, we work very closely with clients who wish to place orders for wall art other than mentioned on our website. Once, we receive a list of your requirements, we get back with available options and pricing.

  • Is Bulk buying or buying in large quantities available?

    We can customize the quantities after discussing and finalizing.

  • Is there an option to order an artwork in different Colour and size?

    Most of our artwork can be customized to any color and size.

  • Can I choose a different frame for the artwork that I wish to buy?

    We can provide multiple options for frames, you need to get in touch with us for further queries.

  • Validity of quotations/ estimates?

    All our shared estimates and quotations are valid for 15 days. After the lapse of this period, we reserve the right to charge prices/taxes as applicable on the day the order is placed.
