It is important to take good care of your art, so you can cherish it for decades to come.  
Here are some Do’s & Don’ts.

  1. Avoid direct sunlight, drastic changes in temperature, moisture & humidity.
  2. Dust it with a clean soft rag to avoid dust buildup.
  3. Avoid placing sharp objects next to it.
  4. Canvas art should not be framed with glass as it needs to breathe. 
  5. Do not use a damp cloth to clean or dust.

Shipping

Ready art work, will be dispatched in 48 hours. Most of our products are handmade and made to order, we start creating as soon as you place the order. They take 20 to 60 days depending on the size and customizations like frame, mounting required.
 
Shipping within India.

Unframed Handmade Art : 21 – 30 business days.

Framed Handmade Art : 30 – 40 business days.

Shipping outside India

Unframed Handmade Art : 30 – 60 business days.

Framed Handmade Art : 40 -60 business days.

Some countries & remote islands may have longer delivery timelines.

Return & Refund

We take special care to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition, but in the rare event of any damage incurred during shipping, incorrect product delivery or size mismatch please notify us within 24 hours with video evidence of the issue  and we will initiate a replacement. For our customers outside India, the shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer. Returns or exchanges in any other case will not be possible. Custom Duty & Taxes

For our customers outside India, Customs Duty & any other applicable tax may apply at the time of delivery depending on the laws of your country. The prices shown on our website do not cover these charges. Please refer to the customs portal of your country to know the exact charges, if any for our customers within India, GST will be charged at checkout as per the laws of the country. Please note that GST will also apply for customers shipping outside India but paying from an Indian bank or card account.
